What's included
How it feels
You have your own operations team, without building it from scratch. Full control, full visibility, zero recruiting overhead.
Best for: Growth-stage teams ready to scale dedicated operations. "We're ready to build this as a function."
How much work can a Pod actually handle?
Core Pod handles roughly what one full-time ops person would handle — but with a cross-trained team instead of a single point of failure. Scale Pod doubles that. We track hours internally for planning, but you're paying for coverage and outcomes, not timesheets.
How do Pods handle changing priorities?
Pods flex week to week. If a release is coming up, QA takes priority. If onboarding ramps, documentation takes the lead. You don't renegotiate scope. We rebalance effort inside the Pod.
How does the weekly sync work?
However you want. Some teams prefer a 30-minute video call. Others prefer async updates in Slack. Your Pod Lead adapts to your communication style.
What tools do you work in?
Yours. Jira, Linear, Slack, Notion, Confluence, whatever you're already using. We don't force new tools on you.
How does billing work?
Monthly subscription, billed at the start of each month. No long-term contracts required after the initial 2-month minimum.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can scale up or down with 30 days notice. We'll help you right-size based on your actual needs.
What's the difference between Core and Scale?
Capacity. Core handles one primary workstream across QA, support, and docs. Scale doubles that capacity so you can run multiple workstreams in parallel. Same team quality. Same tools. Same ownership mindset. Just more getting done at once.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included in your first month.
What's the commitment?
2-month minimum to start. After that, 30 days notice to adjust or cancel.
How do I know what's getting done?
Weekly updates from your Pod Lead. You'll always know what shipped, what's in progress, and what's coming next. No chasing required.
What if it's not working?
We want this to work as much as you do. If it's not the right fit, we'll help you transition cleanly.
When should you NOT hire us?
If you have near-zero support volume or you're not shipping yet, it's probably too early. We're built for teams that already have operational load but nobody dedicated to carrying it. That said, if you need dedicated engineers or product managers, we can staff and bill those roles to you separately. You'd manage them directly.
What's not included?
Pods handle operational work around your product: QA, support, documentation, and reporting. We don't own your product roadmap or make strategic decisions for your team. If you need additional resourcing beyond ops (developers, designers, PMs), we can source and place those roles for you to manage. Just ask.
Let's talk through your current setup. We'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit, and which tier makes sense.
